Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Counselor – Inpatient
Location: York, PA
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Assess clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social functioning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate therapy sessions (individual, family, and group) in a structured and supportive setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Clinical Record (ECR).
- Assist with utilization review and discharge/aftercare planning.
- Support curriculum development, clinical training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct Level of Care Assessments and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Uphold a safe, therapeutic environment and respond to crises appropriately.
- Complete required trainings and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain.
- High School Diploma with CAAC.
