About CMNB:

We are more than a team – we are a community of teachers, clinicians, parents, advocates, trainers, educators, and counselors who share a love for science and a passion for helping children and families through effective behavior therapy and exceptional parent support. Our bilingual staff, and sometimes trilingual, are highly trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Verbal Behavior, in-home/school intensive therapy, and exceptional parent support. In addition to delivering outstanding services and maintaining our stellar reputation in the field, our mission is to disseminate Applied Behavior Analysis to all populations and fields. Our founder is a Licensed clinical psychologist and a doctoral level BCBA- (You will probably meet her during the interview-that's how hands on she is!)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Passionate, ethical, and professional about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

- Energetic and animated, with a genuine love for working with children using ABA techniques

- Willingness to work within a 20-mile radius, serving clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and communities

- Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

- Level 2 Background Check required prior to hire

- Proof of Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
