**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement behavioral therapy interventions to address target behaviors

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers

**Skills:**

- In-depth knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques

- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning

- Strong understanding of developmental disabilities

- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health

- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers
