About Job
OVERVIEW
We're looking for thoughtful, down-to-earth, and passionate therapists (MFT, CSW, CMHC) who want to do meaningful work with a team that cares. If you're drawn to a practice that values clinical quality, supports autonomy, and takes access seriously — we might be a good fit. At Beehive Mental Health, we’re committed to making care accessible across Utah — we accept all major insurance plans, offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and believe clients AND clinicians deserve a supportive, transparent experience. You’ll work alongside a local team that values balance, curiosity, and purpose — without the corporate noise.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a therapist on our team, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care while being supported in doing your best work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing ongoing therapy and regularly reviewing treatment progress
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including case notes and treatment plan updates, in accordance with company policy
- Supporting clients through creative, evidence-informed interventions
- Coordinating care with case managers, medical providers, family members, and others as needed
- Participating in monthly clinical team meetings and training opportunities
- Offering excellent customer service and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship with clients
Full-Time therapists are expected to maintain an average caseload of at least 25 billable sessions per week.
Part-Time therapists should maintain a minimum of 8+ weekly sessions.

- Supportive Ownership: Leadership that’s invested in your growth, not just your productivity.
