Therapists of Color New England (ToCNE) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our mission-driven team in Manchester, NH. ToCNE provides a culturally responsive and inclusive space, focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic care to underserved communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy tailored to clients' mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Deliver culturally responsive care to promote healing and well-being.
  • Maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines for records and treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts.
  • Prelicensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We provide comprehensive, structured clinical supervision to support your licensure journey. Our experienced supervisors offer weekly individual and group supervision tailored to your developmental needs.
  • Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Experience conducting assessments and delivering individual therapy (or supervised experience for prelicensed clinicians).
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and commitment to serving marginalized communities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth).
