Novum Health in Reno, NV is actively seeking a skilled therapist to join our dedicated team.
*Interns:* Receive paid supervision (both primary and secondary)
*Responsibilities and Duties:*
The Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Medicaid Services Manual, Chapter 400, and Nevada Behavioral Health Systems Policy and Procedures. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or groups.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support the overall well-being of clients.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Active licensure in the state of Nevada as an LCSW, MFT, and/or CPC, or intern license recognized by the state of Nevada is required.
* Experience in co-occurring disorders is a plus.
* Salary is dependent on experience and license level.
