We’re hiring a full-time Bilingual Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator / Phone Operator to answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist new patients at Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy. You’ll be the first voice patients hear, helping them feel welcome and supported. This role also includes floating to other clinics (Clermont, Apopka) to fill in as needed and being cross-trained for front desk duties. Must speak English and Spanish fluently. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

About the Role:
Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Your main job will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping new patients start their journey with us. You’ll also support our front desks at other clinics when team members are out or on vacation.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Guide new patients through the intake and scheduling process
- Confirm appointments and send intake paperwork
- Help with insurance/payment questions
- Support appointment reschedules and cancellations
- Log all call details accurately
- Urgently work to call all patients who are not scheduling for an upcoming visits and get them scheduled for a return therapy visits.
- Fill in at front desk as needed across all clinic locations
- Handle a minimum of 80 calls per day.

What You Need to Have:
- Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
- 2–3 years of customer service or front desk experience (healthcare preferred)
- Friendly, clear communicator with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle a high call volume
- Flexible and reliable with transportation to float between clinics
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
