• Manage a caseload of clients
• Conduct group facilitation, individual counseling, and case management
• Ensure compliance with contractual and organizational standards
• Handle crisis situations effectively
• Participate actively in team meetings and community outreach
• Maintain knowledge of CLARE|MATRIX’s mission and values

• Experience in a substance abuse treatment setting
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Understanding of substance use and mental health issues
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certification by a recognized governing body in California

All client-facing employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Physical demands include talking, hearing, sitting, and occasional physical activity. Health screenings and TB tests are required. The position is primarily located at our Santa Monica office, with accommodations available for disabilities.
