Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Liaison located in Las Vegas, NV. The Community Liaison will be responsible for engaging with the community, conducting outreach efforts, and supporting the needs of patients and their families. Daily tasks include coordinating events, providing excellent customer service, fostering communication between various stakeholders, and promoting the services of Absolute Palliative Hospice Care within the community.

  • Skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Home Care
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various community partners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Empathy and a strong commitment to providing quality care
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or hospice industry is a plus
