Position Overview
Join our growing practice as a Patient Care & Hospitality Coordinator —this role that blends front desk support with concierge-style hospitality and patient service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hospitality or customer service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and guests warmly, ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standard of care our practice delivers.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations with accuracy, foresight, and flexibility.
- Provide outstanding communication, whether in person, by phone, or through digital platforms.
- Verify and document insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions.
- Support patients with check-in procedures and ensure all forms and records are complete and up to date.
- Respond to inquiries in real time using communication tools such as Modento and maintain strong follow-through.
- Keep the front office polished, organized, and aligned with our brand’s boutique, professional aesthetic.
- Collaborate with clinical and hygiene teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a client-facing professional setting.
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Warm, professional demeanor with a proactive and patient-first mindset.
- Familiarity with dental or medical software is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
