Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Join our growing practice as a Patient Care & Hospitality Coordinator —this role that blends front desk support with concierge-style hospitality and patient service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hospitality or customer service experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and guests warmly, ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standard of care our practice delivers.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations with accuracy, foresight, and flexibility.
  • Provide outstanding communication, whether in person, by phone, or through digital platforms.
  • Verify and document insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions.
  • Support patients with check-in procedures and ensure all forms and records are complete and up to date.
  • Respond to inquiries in real time using communication tools such as Modento and maintain strong follow-through.
  • Keep the front office polished, organized, and aligned with our brand’s boutique, professional aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with clinical and hygiene teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a client-facing professional setting.
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Warm, professional demeanor with a proactive and patient-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with dental or medical software is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
