The Mental Health Professional( LCSW,LMFT, LMHT ) Specialist will demonstrate the ability to provide Residential behavioral health treatment services to individuals, groups and families in need of counseling services. Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Preparation for delivery of needed services:

Maximize clinical time for counseling services:

Establish an environment conductive to needed services:

Develop and administer fully individual treatment plans:

Maintain written records (i.e. progress notes);

Demonstrate professional attitude/communication toward corporation;

Follow adopted policies and procedures of the corporation;

Work in a cooperative manner with all corporation staff;

Must be an organized self-starter who can facilitate groups and carry a case load. Familiarity with computerized charting/client records is a must. Reference checks and a background check required. Requirements to include:

Emphasis on communication skills, motivational interventions, and critical thinking. The goal is promoting positive behavior change as clients are assisted in the self-management of their fluctuating chronic disease states.

Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical competency, effective organizational skills, independent thinking, and an alert attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
