Overview

Jr. I/O Psychologist at C Technologies, Inc. is responsible for providing technical expertise in developing and administering testing and assessment instruments, along with programmatic guidance to management and stakeholders.



Essential Functions

  1. Participate in research to evaluate HR systems and tools, providing management with conclusions and recommendations.
  2. Apply knowledge of test theory, psychometric methodology, and statistics to analyze HR data related to hiring, retention, and workforce analysis.
  3. Analyze job requirements to support the development of HR testing and career development tools.
  4. Design and revise policies and procedures related to human capital initiatives for government approval.
  5. Draft reports, white papers, memos, and other documentation regularly.
  6. Advise the government on laws, rules, and regulations impacting work initiatives.
  7. Develop and validate personnel assessment tools for selection and promotion.
  8. Support project management by resolving complex issues, maintaining timelines, and communicating progress.
  9. Assist in data collection and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  10. Conduct meetings, workshops, trainings, and briefings related to HR initiatives.


Requirements

We seek candidates at the Jr. and Mid-level I/O *

  • Junior I/O **** Masters Degree in I/O Psychology with at least 2 years of experience OR PhD with at least 1 year of experience.
