Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time (10-15 Hours/Week)

Location: East County, San Diego, CA

Position Overview:
Join our fun, caring, dynamic and compassionate team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East County! We are looking for a part-time BCBA to work 10-15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fun, communicative, and possess strong organizational and planning skills to leas a pool of therapists. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure client success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual (preferred) in Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, or Spanish.
• A compassionate, caring attitude and ability to bring a fun and engaging energy to the team and enjoys continued learning with a great team!
