As we scale operations, we’re seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to ensure compliance and support our growing team of provisionally licensed clinicians.

The Role: We’re hiring a part-time Supervising LCSW to serve as our Clinical Director for the purpose of documentation oversight, supervision, and insurance compliance. This is a purely supervisory role. You will not build a caseload or lead the practice. Instead, you’ll ensure ethical, compliant care through effective clinical oversight. No clinical instruction, teaching, or class facilitation is required.

This is a part-time, 1099 contract role, ideal for an experienced LCSW looking to provide clinical leadership without the burnout.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs (for licensure and billing)

· Review and co-sign session notes to meet insurance requirements

· Participate in internal audits and documentation quality checks

· Provide clinical input on ethical and legal compliance issues

· Support onboarding and documentation review for new staff as needed

· Maintain a high standard of compliance, ethics, and professional boundaries

Compensation:

· $80–$150/hour for supervision (depending on experience)

· $15 flat rate per therapy session billed under your license

· Paid via 1099 contract (biweekly)

· Estimated 5–10 hours/week to start

What We’re Looking For:

· Active LCSW (Board Approved) license in Virginia

· Must have and maintain an active license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Social Work

· Must carry current professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M/$3M

· Approved Supervisor with experience supporting LMSWs

· Strong attention to compliance, documentation, and ethical care

· No active caseload required, this role is supervisory only

· Clear, timely communicator comfortable working remotely

· Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup or new private practice setting
