Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LCSW at MOSAIC BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC. The LCSW will be responsible for providing social work services, medical social work, case management, mental health support, and behavioral health interventions. The role is primarily located in Philadelphia, PA but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Social Work and Medical Social Work skills
• Case Management expertise
• Mental Health and Behavioral Health knowledge
• Experience in providing counseling and therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania
