Social Worker Job Responsibilities

• Evaluating students' mental health, social-emotional skills, and behavioral needs through observations, interviews, and standardized assessments
• Creating and implementing personalized strategies to help students succeed academically and socially, collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
• Responding to crises such as trauma, bullying, family issues, or behavioral escalations, providing immediate support and long-term coping strategies
• Acting as a liaison between students, parents, and school staff to ensure a comprehensive, successful approach to student support
