For over 36 years, we’ve provided therapeutic support to children and adolescents across St. Johns, Putnam, and Flagler Counties. Our integrated care teams deliver evidence-based services in homes, schools, and community settings—grounded in compassion, creativity, and innovation.

  • Clinical variety — Balance on-call crisis work with providing ongoing therapy for a caseload of up to 10 youth
  • Team support — Collaborate with law enforcement, caregivers, and schools to stabilize and guide next steps
  • Continued development — Receive free supervision, training in suicide prevention, and access to best-practice modalities
  • Mission-driven — Make a measurable difference in the lives of children facing acute emotional distress

  • Conduct risk assessments and establish safety plans for at-risk youth
  • Communicate outcomes and recommendations to all involved parties
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy per treatment plans
  • Maintain timely documentation including treatment plans, updates, and progress notes
  • Follow up with families and external partners to support post-crisis stability
  • Serve as primary clinician for a caseload of up to 10 children
  • Attend MCRT meetings and participate in ongoing training and development
  • Support team coverage as needed for holidays, illness, or vacations
