Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
- Proficient in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Strong ability to train and support teachers and staff in ABA strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the students and staff

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement and monitor the effectiveness of ABA strategies in the classroom
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
