• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement and monitor the effectiveness of ABA strategies in the classroom
• Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on best practices in applied behavior analysis
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
