Position: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Skills Training: Conduct in-person skills training sessions for 6 to 8 clients, with a minimum of 27 hours weekly.
• Supervision Meetings: Meet with Program Coordinator regularly for supervision.
• Implement Treatment Plans: Provide one-to-one skills training interventions based on the CANS assessment, meeting clients at school and in-home weekly per the recovery plan.
• Build Positive Relationships: Cultivate positive rapport with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with Staff: Work with school staff (or agency staff) as needed to support client goals.
• Participate in Organizational Activities: Attend organizational meetings, trainings, and professional development events.
• Adhere to KPI Standards:
• Ensure 95% of notes are submitted within 48 hours.
• Achieve a 50% rate of community-based visits (child).
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Educational Psychology, or Rehab Counseling. Alternatively, candidates can be licensed as an LPC-Associate or LMSW.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in the field.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Abilities: Ability to build positive rapport with clients and families and work collaboratively with school or agency staff.
• Commitment: Commitment to professional development and adherence to organizational standards.
