Qualifications:

  • A desire to serve patients and families with compassion.
  • Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited institution approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
  • Licensure: Current state social worker license.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 25lbs.
