Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to serve patients and families with compassion.
  • Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
  • Licensure: Current state license as a social worker.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs while supporting the weight of an average adult effectively.
