Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher Active state licensure as a Social Worker Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in special education Strong understanding of cultural competencies, especially regarding Native American communities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Location: Ruidoso, NM Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive social assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students. Collaborate with special education staff to ensure the integration of social skills into the curriculum. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional and social development. Engage with families to support student needs and enhance academic outcomes.
