Your Role
As a BCaBA, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You’ll help guide treatment implementation, support Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to foster lasting growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on each child’s unique treatment goals
  • Contribute to assessments and assist in developing effective intervention strategies
  • Track progress, analyze data, and help refine treatment plans
  • Support and mentor Behavior Technicians through training and supervision
  • Engage families to promote consistency and success beyond sessions
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing development opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and standards

What You Bring

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference
