At Hope Behavioral Services (HBS), we specialize in individualized, 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental differences. We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of families.

Key Responsibilities

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will:

  • Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through coaching, modeling, and performance feedback
  • Use data-driven decision-making to guide programming, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed
  • Provide direct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization at home and in the community
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans that meet insurance and BACB standards
  • Lead regular team meetings, collaborate with other professionals (e.g., speech/language therapists, educators), and help foster a holistic approach to client care
  • Uphold the BACB’s ethical standards and ensure client dignity is always at the center of treatment

Qualifications

  • Active certification as a BCBA or BCaBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Bachelor's (for BCaBA) or Master's degree (for BCBA) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, support, and collaborate with both staff and families
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required between client locations)
