Warren County Schools is actively hiring a full-time School Psychologist to deliver evaluations, counseling, and behavioral consultation services that empower students to reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, student-centered team.
Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will assess student needs, create effective intervention plans, and work closely with educators and families to support positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and write comprehensive reports
Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support MTSS and RTI practices in the district
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district policies
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
Active Kentucky School Psychologist Certification
Knowledge of IEP development, MTSS frameworks, and behavioral strategies
Prior school-based experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Job Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours
Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
