Part-Time Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

About the Role:
We are a trauma-focused group practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for a Therapist who is trauma-informed, EMDR trained, and passionate about supporting clinicians working with survivors of sexual trauma and complex PTSD.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide 2 hours of weekly supervision (Individual or Triadic) to associate therapists, maintain a small therapy caseload of 5–6 clients, and collaborate closely with a team of dedicated trauma therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly individual or triadic supervision to associate therapists
• Maintain a small caseload of 5–6 clients
• Attend bi-monthly clinical team meetings (virtual or in-person)
• Ensure supervisees adhere to ethical, clinical, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with a team of trauma-informed clinicians to support quality client care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• EMDR trained through an EMDRIA-approved program (required)
• Demonstrated clinical experience working with survivors of sexual trauma, individuals with dissociative disorders and clients with Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and PTSD
• Solid understanding of trauma-informed care principles
• Previous supervision experience preferred but not required
