Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals in special education settings to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and patient care strategies.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and contribute to ongoing research initiatives.

Experience

  • A Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, behavioral therapy techniques, and research data collection.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
