What You’ll Do:

Oversee multiple residential group homes to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to enhance individual support and outcomes.
Train and mentor staff on best practices, regulatory compliance, and ISP implementation.
Conduct weekly record audits and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
Lead risk management and quality improvement initiatives for continuous program enhancement.
Act as direct support in crisis situations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Develop individualized training programs to promote independent living skills.
Foster strong relationships with individuals, families, advocates, and support teams.
Provide 24/7 on-call support and respond to emergency situations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Social Services, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Public Health Administration.
Active LCSW or LPC license (Required).
4+ years of experience in mental health services (community-based preferred).
CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Certification, and positive behavior support/TOVA.
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
Proficiency in developing person-centered plans and overseeing regulatory compliance.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record (past 3 years), and proof of auto insurance.

Work Conditions:

May require lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
Flexible work schedule – including weekends and holidays.
Exposure to communicable diseases, behavioral challenges, and crisis situations.
