Job Description: Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Hobbs, NM, to find a Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). This is an excellent opportunity to provide therapeutic support to individuals and families in a community-based setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and providing mental health support in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients with a wide range of mental health issues.
Assess patients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients in need.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families on coping strategies and mental health resources.
Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other mental health experts to develop holistic care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development, including continuing education and supervision.
Maintain a therapeutic environment and offer empathetic support to clients.
Comply with all regulations and ethical standards in the provision of care.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW licensure in the state of New Mexico.
Experience in providing mental health counseling is preferred but not required.
BLS certification or ability to obtain certification after employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport with a diverse range of clients.
