About Job

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a heart for mentorship, and a commitment to partnering with families every step of the way. In this role, you will guide the development and oversight of individualized treatment programs, ensuring clinical excellence while fostering open communication and trust with the families we serve. You’ll also provide consistent support and supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBAs, ensuring each team member is empowered to deliver compassionate, effective care.Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze research data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and facilitate access to necessary resources.
  • Provide direct supervision to a caseload of clients and assigned staff
  • Mentor and support RBTs and BCBA candidates through regular supervision and feedback
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on best practices in behavioral health.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Familiarity with research data collection methods related to behavioral health outcomes.
