- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and facilitate access to necessary resources.
- Provide direct supervision to a caseload of clients and assigned staff
- Mentor and support RBTs and BCBA candidates through regular supervision and feedback
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on best practices in behavioral health.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical development initiatives
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Familiarity with research data collection methods related to behavioral health outcomes.
