Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) – Remote
Location: Utah
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMPosition Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients across Utah through a secure telehealth platform. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, formulating tailored treatment plans, and providing therapeutic support that aligns with each client’s goals. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the convenience of working remotely.Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs and establish clear objectives
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in a confidential virtual setting
Review client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches
Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records using electronic health systems
Coordinate care with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment when appropriate

Requirements

Active Utah license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline
Experience providing therapy in outpatient, community-based, or telehealth settings
Proficiency with electronic documentation and virtual care technology
Strong communication skills and dedication to upholding clinical best practices
