Location: West Virginia
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMRole Overview:
This remote opportunity is designed for a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) who is dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral health care to individuals across West Virginia. The position involves conducting clinical assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy sessions within a secure telehealth framework. It offers the ability to maintain a predictable weekday schedule while practicing in a fully virtual environment.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and establish evidence-based treatment objectives
  • Provide individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions to ensure effective outcomes
  • Maintain complete, timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Engage in consultation and coordination with other healthcare professionals to support integrated client care
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted license in West Virginia as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline
  • Prior experience delivering therapy services in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical judgment, professional communication skills, and adherence to ethical standards
