Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at our new Clinic. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in achieving their personal goals. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.
Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and interventions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
