Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and caring Care Coordinator to join us at our Hunt Valley location. Position: Full-Time Care Coordinator
Location: Hunt Valley, MD (On-site at our new state-of-the-art center)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for families throughout their ABA journey

• Ensure timely communication with families

• Track and manage documentation related to client care

• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery

• Provide regular updates to families and address questions or concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• Experience in care coordination, case management, or administrative support (ABA or healthcare preferred)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfort working with electronic systems (e.g., scheduling software)

• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting families

• Bachelor's degree preferred
