Masters Social Worker (MSW) to support our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in El Cajon, CA. This is an independent contractor role focused on serving a diverse senior population in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Job Title: Masters Social Worker (MSW)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $37.05 – $47.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and support to senior patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and discharge coordination
• Conduct occasional home visits as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
• Must be comfortable working directly with elderly and frail populations

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English/Arabic highly preferred (Spanish also welcomed)
• 1+ year experience as a Clinical Social Worker in a healthcare setting
• Prior experience with senior or frail populations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
