Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

  • Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time

  • Schedule: Flexible hours based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)

  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care

  • Monitor client progress and update goals based on data

  • Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • A deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement
