About Job

Join a Revolution in ABA Therapy with LEANI THERAPY:

A new ABA company

Are you a passionate BCBA eager to make a significant impact in the neurodiverse community? Do you aspire to grow into a leadership role while shaping the future of ABA services? Leani Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic BCBA with the potential to grow into an Associate Clinical Director to join our innovative team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA. This role is designed to provide a pathway to a future Associate Clinical Director position. You will receive comprehensive training in both clinical and operational aspects of the business, engaging hands-on in multiple departments to build effective structures and processes.

Initially, you will play a crucial role in developing and supervising client programs using 2-tiered and 3-tiered supervision models. As you build a caseload sufficient to support three supervisors, your responsibilities will expand, and you will potentially transition into the Associate Clinical Director role, overseeing all clinical operations.

Current position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, functional behavior assessments, 2-tiered supervision, parent training, onboarding new hires and creation of onboarding training, progress reports and additional administrative tasks.

Why Choose Leani Behavior Services?

  • Growth Opportunity: Start as an hourly BCBA and transition into a salaried Associate Clinical Director as we expand.
  • Hands-On Training: Learn from industry leaders about the latest clinical modalities and effective clinical operations.
  • Leadership Development: Gain the skills to become a successful Associate Clinical Director with mentorship and real-world experience.
  • Holistic Involvement: Participate in every department, helping to craft effective clinical and operational structures.
  • Innovation Without Risk: Play a pivotal role in growing an ABA company without the financial risks of starting your own.
  • Shared Values: Bring your unique abilities to a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Certification:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA.
  • Experience with both 2-tiered and 3-tiered supervision models preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a caseload.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills

What We Offer:

  • Clear pathway to the Associate Clinical Director role.
  • Hands-on training with industry leaders in both clinical and operational domains.
  • Opportunities to influence company direction and make meaningful contributions.

  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Work Environment:
  • Collaborative and innovative culture that values your unique ideas.
