Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Exercise clinical judgment to select and deliver the evidence-based individual therapy approach that best fits each client’s needs, including options such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, among others. We encourage you to tailor your therapeutic approach with flexibility and professional discretion.
• Integrate Neural Pathway Therapy with psychotherapy to maximize client outcomes (full training provided).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in crisis intervention and management to ensure patient safety and well-being.
