We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to assist in processing all patient needs, answering the telephone, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and processing insurance information.
We are looking for someone with office experience. Someone with a desire to succeed and be part of a winning team. We require a high level of detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are a must. The ability to multi-task and manage patient priorities is imperative.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Experience - Preferred, but nor required:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
