Life Changing Missions (LCM) is Seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Life Changing Missions (LCM) is seeking a dedicated Part-Time BCBA to provide services across the Atlanta to Duluth, GA areas. This is a part-time, hourly contract position (approximately 10-15 hours/week) requiring willingness to travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
Develop individualized, culturally-sensitive treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs/direct service providers.
Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation.
Adhere to BACB ethical standards and LCM's values.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Current Georgia State Licensure as a BCBA (or eligible).
Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.
Willingness to travel consistently across service areas.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
Successful background check completion.
