Clinic Location: South Corpus Chrisit, TX 78411- Pay Rate ~$14.50-$18.50

You’ll Achieve Success By:
Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
