Behavior Technician (RBT Only)
Pay: $31 to $35 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full time (40 hours/week with one client)

Summary

Seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 17-year-old client who requires intensive 1:1 in-home behavioral support. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and committed to helping an adolescent thrive with consistency and care. We are offering highly competitive pay for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician, you will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with a client in their home to support development and achieve behavioral goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering consistent, one-on-one behavior therapy sessions based on an individualized plan

  • Implementing behavior interventions and data collection procedures

  • Observing and documenting behavior, progress, and responses

  • Collaborating with the supervising BCBA to adjust interventions as needed

  • Supporting the client in developing daily living, communication, and social skills

  • Maintaining a structured and encouraging environment during sessions

  • Participating in supervision and training to uphold professional standards


Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required (we can help obtain)

  • Experience working with adolescents or clients with high support needs preferred

  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to follow a structured treatment plan

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference
