If you're a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced ABA provider who is passionate about using their skills to serve children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Requirements
- Active RBT credential (preferred) or at least 1 year of direct ABA experience
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes (no third-party services such as Uber, taxi or a driver)
- Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, crisis management and data collection
- Part-time
- $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts available: Monday - Friday 3-8 , Saturday 10-2
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Accurately collect and submit session data using designated platforms
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to the clinical team
- Use professional judgment and proactive communication to address behavioral concerns
- Build strong relationships with families while respecting cultural values and routines
- Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing supervision
- Professional with a strong foundation in ABA
- Confident working independently in home environments
- Experienced in data collection, prompting strategies, and reinforcement procedures
