Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (On-Site)

Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Our state-of-the-art autism therapy center is located in beautiful Deerfield Beach, and we are seeking a BCBA with experience working with children with autism to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses

Design and oversee function-based behavior plans

Supervise behavior analytic interventions

Train caregivers and team members on behavior analytic practices

Implement assessment and intervention methods based on published research

Monitor and evaluate progress on behavioral objectives

Foster collaborative communication with families, schools, and medical professionals

What We’re Looking For:

Required: BCBA certification

Required: Experience working with children with autism

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities
