We are looking for passionate clinicians who are looking to join an established practice, get credentialed with all insurance companies, and focus on providing the best care possible without the worry of advertising, credentialing, scheduling, billing, and everything else that goes into managing a practice. Qualifications:

• Must be fully licensed (not associate level) in good standing to practice independently as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Washington
• Must be able to maintain DOH standards for licensing including: timely renewals, CEU requirements, remain up to date on policies such as HIPPA, patient confidentiality, mandatory reporting, and various risk assessments including suicide
• Must have or qualify for, and maintain medical liability insurance
• Must be eligible for credentialing by Third-Party Insurance Payers - we will credential you!
• Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to specialized populations and circumstances

Specifically seeking clinicians who are:

• Able to consistently provide a minimum of 24 client hours of availability per week
• Able to maintain a hybrid schedule with at least 12 client hours per week in office (Mukilteo and/or Marysville location)
• Able to build and maintain therapeutic alliance with patients consistently and strive for high quality of care and patient satisfaction
• Behavioral health generalists trained in various modalities and interventions, willing and able to work with a diverse population of individuals and couples (specialities welcome!)
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to their scope of practice
• Self guided and diligent in completing documentation inside of 24 hours
• Able to make referrals to and maintain continuity of care with other providers as appropriate for patients
• Enjoy being a part of team and developing skills and resources together through use of consultation
• May be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
• Strong in character and professional qualities - integrity, honesty, adaptability, compassion, and quality of care to name a few

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
