We are hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for cases in and around DeLand, Florida. Please note that only applicants who are already certified and in good standing as a BCBA or BCaBA will be considered.**Fundamental Responsibilities:**- Adhere to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis, and consistently demonstrate sound professional judgment.- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure continuity of care.- Conduct direct and indirect assessments to identify the functions of clients' behaviors.- Develop treatment plans, including behavior support plans, based on the identified functions of behaviors and evidence-based methodologies.- Attend all relevant client meetings, including treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed, while effectively demonstrating the ability to work within a clinical team.- Participate in insurance authorization review calls for clients on your caseload.- Collect data prior to and during the implementation of the treatment plan to assess its efficacy and support data-driven decision-making.- Provide direct instruction, ongoing supervision, training, and support to clients, staff, and family members during regularly scheduled visits, including visiting each client twice a month in all relevant environments.- Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modify it as necessary.- Promptly initiate services with new clients upon receiving information from the director.- Manage caseloads and prepare and submit all required documentation in a timely manner, including assessments, treatment plans/BSPs, insurance updates, session notes after every session, monthly data analyses, and necessary updates to treatment plans. Participate in calls with insurance companies as needed. - Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and graduate students assigned to your caseload. - Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
