Position: Lead School Psychologist
Location: Warren County

Job Opening: The Warren County ESC is seeking applicants for Lead School Psychologist. The Lead School Psychologist position is a full-time blended position of direct service assignment and supervision of the school psychologist department team.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have an appropriate graduate degree in School Psychology, hold a State Board of Psychology School Psychologist License, hold or be in the process of obtaining an Ohio Department of Education Administrative/Supervisor Licensure and pass a criminal background check.

Guiding Focus: Provide leadership and consultation to school psychologists in order to fulfill the department mission by guiding team building and development and assist in long-range department planning. Serve as a liaison between the school psychology staff, district partners, and Senior Executive Director of Cognitive and Behavioral Health Departments.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a resource to WCESC school psychologists
2. Conduct formative and summative evaluations of school psychologists employed by the Warren County ESC and maintain appropriate training credentials
3. Act as a liaison between SST 13, Ohio Department of Education Division of Exceptional Children, various agencies and community groups, and district partners
4. Provide personnel functions related to recruitment and employment of school psychologists including actively problem solving through service delivery requests
5. Provide in-service training for school psychologists or district personnel, as appropriate
6. In conjunction with the county assistant superintendent, assistant treasurer, and senior executive director of cognitive and behavioral health departments, coordinate and maintain the budget for the school psychology department
7. Assist in the ordering, inventorying and organization of school psychologist department materials and supplies

Contract: Beginning August 2025
Full time contract = 195 days

Salary: Salary per WCESC salary schedule and is commensurate with experience and paired with a supplemental for lead position
