Job Summary

Meets with at-need families. May handle selected at-need cemetery purchases, offer pre-need cemetery. Also conducts all interment verifications, complaint/customer service resolutions, Deed Deliveries, paid in full follow ups, park rangering and other service issues at the cemetery. Responsible for arrangement continuation visits with every family served. Must maintain a JD Powers above 930.

Compensation: $13 hourly / Expected pacesetter net $35,000 net combined production, 9% commissions on preneed property, 4% on PAF and 4% on all at-need property, at-need merchandise and preneed merchandise. Preneed interment fees and misc services: 2%. Non Standard Sales will be commissioned at: 3% $0- $100,000, 1.5% $100,000.01 & up.

Bonuses are paid thru local bonuses

Work schedule is as follows:

Monday through Wednesday, alternating day off Thursday or Friday

Saturday is a work day.

Sunday closed.
