Job Summary
Clark County Community Services is seeking an experienced case manager for our Housing department. A social work degree is preferred but can be substituted for 3+ years of experience working with diverse populations and individuals of varying socioeconomic statuses. Applicants must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

- Conduct home visits for housing clients
- Assess client needs and develop detailed, goal-oriented plans
- Coordinate services and connect clients with community resources
- Monitor progress to improve client outcomes

- Represent client interests and advocate for their rights
